L&D Article Review #29

ADDIE is definitely the gold standard for L&D 🥇 However, better to have more than a hammer in your toolset. Sometimes your workplace will require something a little more... AGILE. This is my 30 L&D articles in 30 days challenge! (Link tot he article down below)

Article #29: 3 Agile Learning Frameworks to Replace ADDIE - By Linde Loes Vergroesen

How long it took to read? - 6 minutes

Who is it for? - Those who understand the ADDIE framework and want to learn a little more about other L&D management techniques.

What I took from this article - One of the contributing factors for which model a team chooses will be the speed of a project. This is really where other management tools like SCRUM and SAM shine. They organize a team effort to efficiently complete the project in manageable chunks. While I would have liked more examples in the article, I believe the author provides enough content here for the reader to have foundational knowledge.
